Shipping Policy

At Authdesigners, we ensure a safe transaction between the buyer and seller of any item listed on our luxury marketplace. In a bid to verify the items being purchased by the buyer, once an item is purchased, the seller is required to send the item to our inspection premises within 5 working days*.

This process helps us verify the conformity to the description, authenticity, and condition as listed. Once we are satisfied of the item meeting its listing condition, we will proceed to ship out the item to the buyer via the Delivery options selected during checkout. 

Refund Policy

We will offer a full refund should our inspection determine the item is not as described in the listing (condition). Refunds take 3-7 days depending on your method of payment. A member of the team will reach out to you following the item inspection.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Once your order is received and confirmed by the seller/store and set to "Processing", you (the buyer) are unable to cancel the order.

Returns concerning sizing (clothing, accessories, footwear) are not accepted.

Items cannot be exchanged.

All items are final sale unless otherwise stated by the seller.
